    Buddy Cage, pedal steel guitarist.  This shot was taken at the Osaka Japan World’s Fair (Expo ’70) when Ian and Sylvia and The Great Speckled Bird were performing at the Canadian Pavilion.  Pierre Trudeau attended the opening and presented all of us with commemorative medals.  Buddy went on to play with New Riders of the Purple Sage (founded by Jerry Garcia) from 1971-1982.
