exhibit extended thru mid august!

 Lost in storage nearly 50 years, the negatives for this incredible collection of photographs of legendary musicians were discovered this past year. 

 

Friedman was an avid photographer when he worked in the music business in the 60’s and 70’s as a manager and producer.   He had the opportunity to work with, and photograph, legendary musical artists including:

Janis Joplin, The Band, Kris Kristofferson, Rita Coolidge, Paul Butterfield Blues Band,

James Cotton, Todd Rundgren & the Rolling Stones.

A collection of 60 photographs are currently

on exhibit at the

California Heritage Museum

in Santa Monica, California.   

 

The Exhibit will travel to

The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame

early next year.
